7ate9 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the 7ate9 platform via the website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 7ate9's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 7ate9 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform's services. Users who find themselves below the required age must cease use immediately and contact us to close their account.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
To access the full range of 7ate9 services, you must register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts or accounts registered under a false identity may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, including instances of unauthorised access. Please contact 7ate9 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
Users are prohibited from:
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account
- Using automated software or scripts to access or interfere with platform functions
- Registering using another person's identity or misleading information
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law
3. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 7ate9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to you. This platform does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of other users.
Accepted deposit methods include online banking via FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — most transactions are completed within minutes of confirmation.
For withdrawal requests, 7ate9 will process applications within the timeframe stated in the platform's withdrawal policy. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, for security and compliance purposes. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through illegitimate means will result in immediate account suspension and a report being filed with the relevant authorities.
This platform is not liable for any losses arising from processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
4. Liability Limits and Policy on Suspended or Closed Accounts
7ate9 provides its platform services on an "as is" basis, without any guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 7ate9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process
- Use of multiple accounts or abuse of platform promotions
- Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any valid balance remaining will be processed at the platform's discretion following a thorough review. Users may submit a written appeal to the 7ate9 support team within 30 days of the closure date.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
All content on the 7ate9 platform — including logos, interface design, trade names, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of the platform and is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 7ate9 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
7ate9 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
